Every year the Deers Hut is involved in local events.  We have one of the most successful records at winning prizes in the local carnival which is held "The Night the Clocks Go Back".  This traditional carnival started as a torchlight procession in 1902 so 2002 was the centenary!  We did win a major trophy last year and will be entering again for 2005.

We also host the highly successful and acclaimed Classic Car Day which is usually held around the middle of July on a Sunday.  For more information send us an email or call Jeremy Austin-Olson on 01428 722277.

This year we have hosted our "Vintage Vincents" lunch in April and are looking forward to 2006 when the Classic Car Day will again attract a large and prestigious list of cars and delight our visitors.
